Overview
We're hiring a Senior Digital Product Manager for a creative online consumer business. This position will join an established European Digital Product company and will have the exciting mission of developing the online shopper roadmap. The role will require an experienced Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager who has worked on the development of digital user experiences in partnership with product designers, developers, product owners, marketing & commercial teams and customer services. Your responsibilities within the role of Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager will include: The creation of a clear vision and roadmap which will enable the business to achieve many of its objectives such as allowing a scalable approach to increasing the online product offers, developing innovative online experiences which increase retention and acquisition, improve the personalisation experience Provide leadership to the product team and specifically Product Owners, determining ways of working and ensuring best practice Use analytics, BI and analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, make recommendations on improvements to customer experiences Work with the UX teams, architecture and engineers and commercial to specify on on-site merchandising, required features Constantly identify ways to improve team performance and efficiency, roll these out across the teams. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Digital Product Manager who is highly adaptable, determined, future facing and utterly focused on efficiencies. It's likely you'll bring experience in: Owning and designing product strategy and roadmap for customer facing tools with high volume usage Experience within a B2C Online business which has exposed you to the redevelopment and build of an eCommerce platform Familiar with Agile & lean development environments and able to flexibly apply development methodologies Capable of communicating clear requirements using various techniques including user stories, concept sketching and prototyping.
