Overview

My client is the leading Business Psychology consultancy that helps organisations understand their current leadership strategy and what they need in order to achieve their future goals. They are now seeing a Senior Research Analyst Manager for their London office. As an Analyst Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with senior clients in a way that may not be possible in a larger firm, many of which are on the FTSE 100 list. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the world of behavioural sciences helping organisations connect the dots between business strategy and leadership. Projects are wide and varied spanning Diversity & Inclusion, Executive Assessments and Psychometric profiling and CEO succession planning to name but a few. Typical responsibilities include - Partnering with client teams to solve organisations’ talent and business issues using data and analytics e.g. do our leaders have what it takes to deliver our business strategy? Is our organisation truly diverse and inclusive? What can we do to accelerate the development of high potential people? Which factors are driving performance in the organisation? Guiding clients on how best to capture, quality control and structure their own data around talent while linking it to data collected to deliver powerful insight. Demonstrating and quantifying ROI for every engagement, including challenging colleagues and clients appropriately to ensure projects are set up for success from a data analytics perspective. Bringing data to life and telling the story behind the analysis. Gathering data on organisations and industry trends to assist with new business development. Contributing to proposal writing and project design for new work. Partnering with the IP team to keep client teams up to date with the latest thinking, products and services Line Manager for Analysts We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong academic record who can fulfil the following requirements - Demonstrable applied analytical background in a commercial setting. Research project experience and knowledge of research methodologies. Ability to tell a story with data, translating complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling and practical recommendations for action. Advanced Excel skills (vlookup etc., nested functions, pivot tables). Familiarity with SPSS (or similar) including syntax writing.
