Responsibilities: Managing all affiliate campaigns for the company Creating new and effective ways to generate performance to benefit the company and continuously improve the ROI of the campaign by providing the industrial standard service Researching the market, making affiliate marketing plans and executing them effectively Building business opportunities for the company by gaining new affiliates through online and offline marketing channels Closing deals with potential partners and launch projects Tracking project results and monitoring their productivity Analysing the data of partners and help them to improve their performance by providing great service Monitoring the data of the affiliate program and optimising the ROI Leading affiliate onboarding Working closely with the compliance team to collect appropriate documentation and resolve open items Working with the marketing teams to deliver the right message to meets brand guidelines and compliance requirements Conducting industry research Seeking out prospective new affiliate partners as well as managing the existing partnerships Ensuring payments are made effectively and swiftly to affiliates by coordinating with the internal finance and data teams closely Essential Requirements: An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in marketing or finance 2 years of affiliate marketing experience Proven sales background with relevant FX Affiliate Manager experience Proven experience as a driven sales and business developer - both with operational and strategic experience Proven ability to favourably position products against competitors Desirable: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Drive, focus and ambition for growth Accuracy, precision and attention to detail Experience in the FX/brokerage industry would be beneficial but not essential for the right candidate Ability to lead and project manage ad-hoc tasks for the marketing team and wider global business Benefits : performance-related bonus, private healthcare, 25 holidays Sounds interesting?
