Overview
We are currently working with an award winning business based out of the North West. Not only are their customers really happy but so are their staff They are widely seen as one of the top companies to work for in Manchester. Due to recent investment, they are now looking to add an experienced CRM professional to head up their customer relationship strategy by driving continuous improvement across the business. Reporting straight into the Marketing Director, this role is important to their continued success and will have you not only responsible for their ESP but also building out both their B2B & B2C CRM offerings. The ideal person for this role will have at least a few years in a senior leadership position in which you have managed teams, budgets and CRM strategy. You will have a good understanding of both campaign management and data analysis and will know why both functions are important to a comprehensive strategy. Responsibilities Lead on the creation, implementation and management of CRM for the main database of customers Developing comprehensive B2C CRM strategy Managing a team of CRM professionals Leading the team in the planning & delivery of campaigns - segmentation, welcome and re-engagement programs Manage the process of migrating from one ESP to another Working alongside call centres to ensure strategies are aligned Requirements Experience developing CRM and loyalty strategies Several years in a CRM leadership position Experience managing both B2B & B2C campaigns Experience managing sizeable customer databases Team leadership experience Working with a leading ESP/CRM platform Previously implemented CRM automation platforms e.g. Salesforce/Adobe etc About us: Better Placed is undoubtedly one of the UK's leading Marketing Recruitment specialists.
