SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER A unique company within the HR industry is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their creative team. You can truly make a difference within this company. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Marketing Manager your key duties will include: Developing the marketing strategy based on the wider company strategy Overseeing and managing the marketing budget Monitoring and analysing the performance of all marketing activity Increasing global brand awareness Creating digital marketing campaigns to aid lead generation including automation, events, social media channels, website, video and podcast content Managing digital assets including brochure, training materials/tools, flyers, graphics, diagrams Managing all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube) and scheduling of each Reporting on the above to the Management Team/Advisory Board/wider company REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of Senior Marketing Manager, you must have: Run a marketing department with effective collaboration and worked with internal and external stakeholders Experience of marketing automation, WordPress and website management, Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop Knowledge of digital metrics including the ability to set department/campaign KPIs Worked in a small, growing company A good understanding of the training and development industry NEXT STEPS To become a Senior Marketing Manager , apply with your up to date CV.
