Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with the Royal Academy of Dance to lead the search for their new Senior Philanthropy Manager Major Donors. The Royal Academy of Dance is a world leader in dance teaching and has offices in 36 countries and is one of the most influential dance education organisations. Joining at an exciting time ahead of the centenary next year and a brand new headquarters opening in 2021, the Senior Philanthropy Manager Major Donors will lead on the development and stewardship of the organisation's major donors and will grow major gift income for the future. You will develop an exciting engagement programme with individuals who have the capacity to give five and six figure gifts and longer term, will be able to develop a patron's programme too. The selected candidate will have a proven track record of securing income from major donors and will be an expert relationship builder with donors and colleagues at all levels. You will also be able to account manage incredibly passionate major donor supporters and will understand how to plan a major donor pipeline effectively. You will also have a passion for the arts and culture sector and will ideally enjoy working in the performing arts space.
