Overview
Are you an experienced Resourcer who would like to work for a fun, independent recruitment business where you are valued and rewarded for what you put in? if so read on We are looking for a Resourcer to support the Key Account manager to screen and fill a volume of Trades, Admin and Generalist positions for several of our key customers, you work to daily and weekly KPIs to ensure roles are filled in the timescales set. Responsibilities To screen a high volume of candidates and ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner Work towards exceeding KPIs set Ensuring the database and marketing tools are utilised to the best potential Carry out site visits in the managers absence Always maintain availability of candidates Be proactive in the search for new candidates Utilising social media to market all available roles Interview potential candidates to asses suitability Ensure all candidates are fully compliant and reference checked Hours of work are flexible start between 8am and 8.30am and flexible finish between 5pm and 5.30pm Monday to Friday The salary is negotiable dependant on experience plus monthly bonus and quarterly prizes to include hotel stays, family days out etc.
