Overview

The main goal behind this position is to develop product and brand knowledge for employees and clients. The role will consist in defining the training strategy, its implementation and leading ROI analysis, in line with the marketing and medical plans. Client Details A leading cosmetics brand, based in East London Description Key Responsibilities Defining & implementing the training strategy Managing training budget Training Bioderma employees (new comers and employees' brand & product knowledge) Creating and updating training tools Organising training events Conducting ROI analysis of the training strategy Be the expert in brand and product knowledge Managing the e-learning website (from recruiting, animating and rewarding internal and external subscribers) Writing quotes for PR purpose In charge of Cosmetovigilance (notification to competent authorities in case of declaration of adverse effects by customers) Answering customer queries when related to products or ingredients Training of flagship stores in Central London Training of PR agency Field day with account managers, medical ambassadors and skin coaches as part of their development program Profile - Very good ability to lead collective and individual training sessions - Perfect communication & presentation skills adjusted to the interlocutor - Creativity to produce innovative training tools - Operational skills to organise events on a budget (internal & external) - Analytical skills to monitor and report every activity - Organisational skills - Proactivity, bringing new ideas to improve the way of working - Flexibility, being able to adapt according to business needs Qualifications - 2 years' experience working in a similar position for a beauty brand - Scientific background and knowledge in dermocosmetic - Knowing cosmetology basics (pharmaceutical science and skin biology) Job Offer £40,000 plud benefits
