Company Description: Our client has created a software aimed at UK healthcare organisations. The product has been shortlisted as a finalist by the Health Services Journal for "technology of the year - productivity" and has been selected by Digital Health London as one of 30 firms to support in rolling out new technology to the NHS. The product has now been purchased by 30 organisations on multi-year contracts and there are another 50 clients in the "sales pipeline". Job Description: To support the team on all aspects of administering the business, including business development, sales and product development. To enable our existing customers to fully utilise the app: Registering and approving users Attending implementation days Provision of ongoing support To assist the team in growing our customer base: Demonstrating the app to potential new customers Helping to organise pilot schemes Event planning and research Maintaining various customer targeting databases Assisting with the production of relevant documents e.g. for internal/ external meetings, training, communications; Various other tasks to support the team Who Fits the Bill? A university degree (level 2:1 equivalent, or higher) Well organised Self-confident with the ability to clarify instructions and raise questions with other team members if they do not understand what they have been asked to do Ability to work well within a small team and independently Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and ability to develop relationships Attention to detail IT and Microsoft Office suite literacy; confidence in using technology Flexibility to take on new tasks, responsibilities and work in different environments
