Office Manager to £40k pa doe Benefits: Bike to Work Scheme, Season Ticket Loan, Performance based bonus (discretionary) This boutique in size, management consultancy in central London seeks a 'hands on’ Office Manager. This primary function of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the office, and have hands on involvement in all aspects of business systems. The role will evole allowing you to be involved on 'specific' projects and campaigns in due course. Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager, you will also have responsibilities supporting other staff members in the team with their deadline driven projects. Whether it's research or budget control you will have ownership of stimulating and varied tasks. The role could grow to encompass some research work, and supporting basic marketing initiatives such as tenders. Accountabilities: Conducting monthly ISO 27001 internal audits (experience ideal) Implementing ISO 27001 controls and ensuring staff adhere to them Assisting senior management with financial accounting and reports (FreeAgent OR Xero experience) Co-ordinating management review meetings Dealing with suppliers / stock up on supplies Record & Document management Equipment maintenance General assistance with reception duties (minimal) Ideal Candidate: You will be a proactive individual, possessing a 'can do attitude’ and with the ability to multi-task.
