Overview
Due to a number of factors including considerable growth and implementation of new digital and IT platforms my client, a household name in the financial services sector, currently seek a talented Relationship Manager to bridge the gap between Operations and IT. This is a brand new role designed to develop a strong working relationship between to key areas of my clients business and duties will include: Working with Operational and IT stakeholders to define service levels and expectations Promoting the visions, values and capabilities of the business Acting as a key conduit ensuring that technology aligns with business and operational needs / priorities Recommend new technology solutions that will deliver operational efficiencies Monitor internal and external technology suppliers to ensure that SLA's are adhered to Identify opportunities where technology solutions can be used to the benefit of the operational department Applicants must possess outstanding stakeholder management experience along with a good all round IT knowledge in order to identify areas where technology could be used to the advantage of the business. Previous experience of the financial services sector would be advantageous along with previous experience of managing relationships with Technology/IT and Operational stakeholders.
