IT Recruitment in the Heart of Birmingham: Our vibrant office is based in the heart of Birmingham, just a brief walk from New Street Station and the Bull Ring, very close to local amenities and shops. Due to our vision of growth, we are recruiting a number of new and experienced Recruiters to work at Morgan Hunt's Birmingham office. About the role: Previous Tech/ IT Recruitment experience or a degree in a relevant subject would be advantageous. Having said that, even if you are not an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant and you are simply looking to get into a career within recruitment for the first time, we are looking for you to demonstrate that you are: Driven and determined, excited by challenges and continuous learning Have good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone Background in recruitment or sales would be an advantage, but is not essential A great team player, able to act as a ''buddy to new starters'' Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations A sense of urgency, ability to work to deadlines Positivity and determination Key role responsibilities of a 360 IT Recruitment Consultant: Business Generation & Client Management be Self-motivated to generate new business through cold sales calls Consult clients on their recruitment process and candidate attraction strategies, Attending / co-host tech events and much more Headhunt the best tech candidates in the market via job boards, LinkedIn and various social platforms Developing and nurturing new business relationships with a variety of public sector clients Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources Generating referrals Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database Ensures that all aspects of candidate care, both prior to and post placement, are delivered to Morgan Hunt's standards - ensuring continuity of communication Additional Company perks: We care about your well-being and want you to feel motivated and appreciated.
