Overview
Do you want to become part of a leading global company in technology? Our client are looking for a Social Media and Content Planner to join their team in Weybridge You will manage and engage with Brand Ambassadors for their internal website. Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan, schedule and execute content on their website with end goal of increasing engagement between field teams, account managers and corporate partners, resulting in driving more brand advocacy. You will need to work with Content Management Systems, Excel and PowerPoint, and be confident to present engagement findings and strategy. Location Weybridge and field based (visiting stores) Job Type Permanent Salary Up to £30,000 20% OTE Bonus, company phone and laptop Key Responsibilities Reporting and Communicating Posting quizzes using the training team to help design Posting challenges for our ambassadors to complete Ensure our expectations for ambassadors are clear Report on what completion rates we are getting using excel and PowerPoint Building Relationships An important part of this role will be working with our very important operators. Meeting face to face with operators monthly Presenting our communications calendar to them Managing any issues when things go wrong Showing how you can help the operators engage and retain their staff Managing rewards to the Ambassadors Visiting stores across the UK to get feedback on the ambassador program Website Management Working with marketing to design a calendar for what will be uploaded to the site Working with the online team to ensure the creation of assets is done on time Uploading assets and building the content around the imagery to ensure we get the messages across at the right time to the right people Who we're looking for Experience managing social media platforms & communications going to thousands of people Experience with PowerPoint and Excel Ability to present to important stakeholders Relationship management Time management Proactivity/ Initiative Creativity If this sounds like something you would be interested in, click apply now Hays Talent Solutions is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
