Senior Marketing Manager | Central London | Luxury Food & Beverage Company | Up to £60,000 Your new company Hays are currently working with a Global luxury food and beverage company in the city of London. You will join their rapidly expanding Marketing team as a Senior Marketing Manager. Your new role In your role as Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Marketing, your focus will be on the development of the long-term strategy, full marketing mix, innovation plans and P&L accountability, for the portfolio of brands in the company. By having consumer insight at the heart of all decisions, you will focus on building meaningful consumer relationships with their brands. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing two enthusiastic Marketing Executives. What you'll need to succeed Four plus years' experience in Wine & Spirits, Food, Retail or FMCG industry A passion for managing teams, and developing junior marketers Line management experience High level of organisation and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management A drive to take ownership and work collaboratively Creative and thorough problem-solving abilities A keen eye for data Strong verbal and written presentation skills What you'll get in return In return you will receive up to £60,000 plus benefits package and the opportunity to work for a well-established global company based in Central London.
