Business development (developing warm & new clients) Meet clients & interview candidates Create job adverts for social media, job boards, website etc Build a community and become a market leader in your sector Candidate generation & networking; proactive headhunting to identify key candidates and utilise the extensive candidate database Consultants spend time briefing the candidates about opportunities and interviews organising interviews for candidates and sharing interview feedback negotiating salary & terms and finalising the contract between clients and candidates sharing your market expertise, provide industry insight around salaries, recruitment, processes etc working towards and exceeding targets and agreed KPI’s work collaboratively with the team, supporting & sharing with the team. The person We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant with great new business development skills to step into this new recruitment job opportunity.
