Job Description We are currently looking to recruit a mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our design studio here at Together. Working closely with the wider Marketing function, the mid-weight Graphic Designer will play in integral part in producing and delivering creative output across the Group. Reporting into the Senior Brand and Content Manager, you will work on a wide variety of creative briefs for both internal and external audiences whilst also managing, preparing and supplying online and offline artwork for external publications. To be considered, ideally, you should have experience of working within financial services (or another regulated environment) and be fully proficient in the use of a Mac and the full Adobe Creative suite. Competitive salary up to £34,000, dependant on experience, plus annual bonus and access to shared rewards. Key Responsibilities: Manage design requirements from across the business and provide production support; Work with stakeholders to take briefs and produce concepts through to finished creative; Produce print ready artwork for publication across different media; Supply artwork to advertising publications and print suppliers for production; Work with suppliers to find appropriate production solutions to support stakeholders with requirements and quotes; Manage the workflow system to brief work; As a brand guardian, ensure all work remains true to brand guidelines. Qualifications Essential Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in a similar graphic design role - ideally in house; Highly Mac proficient and experienced in full Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; Ability to mix creative skills with a logical approach; Proven record of building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders; Good understanding of working with brand guidelines; Motivation to maintain and improve design standards; Basic knowledge of print production. Desirable Skills and Experience Experience of working in a regulated environment, preferably financial services; Relevant degree or qualification; HTML skills.
