French Bilingual Content Operations Executive Location: London Status: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Salary: £24,000-£26,000 This is an fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest Media Copyright and licensing companies, based in London. The company has extended their database expertise to the French Media and monitoring Market, Native-French speakers or Bilingual French speaking ability/ will be a must have requirement in order to be successful when applying for this role. The responsibility of the Content Operations Executive will be to manage the day-to-day tasks surrounding the partnership with key accounts and help to manage and monitor the content and quality of French material on the company database. The Content Operations Executive will work closely with outsourced offshore data preparation teams in India. This role may also involve occasional travel abroad to France. Key Responsibilities: Account management of our French content platform and our clients in Paris Liaising with our French customers, in English and French Liaising with newspaper and magazine production staff Liaising with our outsourced (India-based) partners Managing the reporting on coverage of print databases Managing the monitoring, testing and reporting on data quality in PDF article cuttings Provision of accurate, meaningful reports Running database content management and maintenance software Required experience, qualifications and skills: Capable of working and delivering within project targets and deadlines, the ideal candidate will feel comfortable hitting the ground running in a technical environment. This will require excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions. The right candidate must have: French language skills - fluent in spoken and written Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) Excellent data preparation and presentation skills Advanced software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, databases) Willingness to adapt and learn new skills and technologies Experience working within an office environment Desired experience, qualifications and skills: It would be an advantage if the candidate has: Knowledge of French media market Account management experience An interest in and enthusiasm for news media Experience with data analysis and timely generation of summary reports Some technical skills/experience working in a technical environment Practical experience/exposure to the production environment within the content or publishing industry Benefits: Competitive salary; annual bonus; private health insurance; pension; 25 days holiday Please Note : If you have not been contacted regarding your submission within 2 weeks your application has been unsuccessful for this role only.
