Senior Analytics Manager West London Up to £80,000 depending one experience plus bonus plus extensive benefits package A well known gaming brand are seeking a Senior Manager to be hands on with data to deliver insights for the wider business. This team are at the forefront in the UK in terms of their app and their stores and the data sets you'll work on are huge. Your insights will have an international impact and you will work on multiple projects to drive revenue. The career progression is fantastic and they see this role potentially stepping up into a Head of Analytics position. Your role will be integral in helping the company better understand customer behaviour and therefore inform more targeted marketing and drive revenue. The responsibility and revenue generation will be huge and they are looking for someone who can step-up to the challenge. Senior Analytics Manager You will be hands-on with data to stitch together insights and present these to the wider business Be part of segmentation projects, commercial analytics, You will lead a team of analysts and work your way up into a Head of role Working closely with marketing and product teams and help develop propositions You will work with marketing data, customer data and transactional data You will be a part of advanced analytics work too e.g. modelling and personalisation You don't have to tick all of the boxes but some of the following would be beneficial: Experience delivering insight on customer behaviour to inform marketing Experience managing an analytics team and being hands on with SQL Tableau R/Python experience would be interesting too You will ideally have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Salary and Benefits The successful candidate can expect to earn up to £80,000 depending on experience.
