They are looking for a bright Business Intelligence Analyst to be responsible for the delivery of market, customer and competitor insight and to provide business-critical intelligence to Sales and Marketing. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be involved in segmentation modelling , managing the lead-generation process including the acquisition of all data and theCRM . Apply today for the Business Intelligence Analyst Key responsibilities: Support GM Director with establishment of the market, customer and competitor insigh Analyse market share data liaising with external agencies and utilising market data Produce insight updates by processing and analysing customer, market and competitor data Establish a customer-needs and buyer-behaviour segmentation model, for trends analysis and data profiling to understand customer needs and business opportunities Support that model to validate the model for prospecting and targeting Compile deep-dive competitor insight reports using multiple internal and external sources Process all marketing data to demonstrate ROI on all marketing activities Manage delivery of Customer Satisfaction reporting including the relationship with agency Provide market and customer insight in response to business requests for inclusion in sales presentations, advertising, e-marketing, etc Support the sales team in preparing information to be used in competitive tenders and client presentations Skills & experience required: High level of computer literacy, specifically Excel and Excel formulas and pivot tables Experience with CRM systems and previous database management experience Ability to handle large volumes of data High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to remain organised and focused Ability to work as part of a team and under own supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
