Overview
Planning & Strategy Director - Hampshire Clarum Recruitment Group is partnering with an industry leading digital business, who seek a commercially minded Planning & Strategy Director. It's an exciting time to be joining the business as you will be supporting growth plans and leading the Planning & Strategy. Reporting into the CEO, this is a newly created role to identify market opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap that will measure the delivery of opportunities across the business. Your new role will be accountable for the strategy and planning of the business, working with the project teams in order to develop a roadmap to ensure that deliverable's are on track. Working closely with finance you will model and quantify the value of future product plans and ensure strategic alignment of technology products. The Planning & Strategy Director will support the CEO and the wider executive team with additional management bandwidth and undertake market research and analysis to help shape major strategic decisions. You will assist and advise on key acquisitions and attend meetings to develop clear business drivers in order to identify growth opportunities. Your role will lead a number of specific projects which will impact top line revenue, and work with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects. The Planning & Strategy Director will drive the planning process including the annual plan to support the budget. About you To be successful in this role, you will possess a commercial mind set, with experience delivering strategy & planning in a product related industry.
