Due to our huge range of over 18,000 high-quality make-up products we are the first choice of make-up professionals. Duties & Responsibilities manage all two companies’ social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram & Twitter develop a local social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness & increase engagement plan content and delivery on a daily basis plan content head on a 2 months basis use Falcon.io for social media planning, management and monitoring develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote both organizations write blog posts for the website (Blog) create engaging multimedia content for all social channels (including Instagram Stories, Instagram Live, IGTV. Facebook Live, Facebook Stories and more) form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions (Community Management) monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Falcon and the social media channels itself manage international accounts when another member of staff is not available educate yourself on the latest social media changes, develop and learn constantly educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles) regularly liaise with stocked brands via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face to receive branded content live-coverage at events, workshops, exhibitions etc. monitor brand competitors Education & Qualification over 3 years advertising on social media professional experience very good knowledge of all social media platforms & Falcon.io budget management experience knowledge of paid campaigns ability to work in a team, ability to cope with pressure, proactive, creative, results-oriented, ability to work efficiently interest and passion for the make-up/cosmetics industry open and sociable character Location: Central London - Covent Garden area
