Overview

The Business Change manager will lead change management activities for a new CMS system that is being implemented across multiple areas and business units. The role is an initial 6 month contract with scope to move onto a 18 Month project (which is more focused around microservices). Day rate of £500-£600pd - client is looking to create an SOW as this role is project based. Please review the below and send an updated CV CANDIDATES MUST HAVE INDEPTH RETAIL EXPERIENCE . Their responsibility will include: CMS/content management system experience Retail expertise Ability change multiple operational process Help change the cultural within the business to use this new Operating Model Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by digital initiatives Work with external supplier and project team to understand change required Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics Identify and manage anticipated resistance Complete change management assessment and create new target operating model including design and definition of roles and responsibilities to support digital initiatives Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs Consult and work collaboratively with project teams - Integrate change management activities into project plan Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications Support and engage senior leaders and stakeholders Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progres Advantage Resourcing is a service driven recruitment consultancy.
