Our field work interviewers underpin many of the exciting research projects Kantar are involved in across multiple sectors; including our Public, Media and Insights. In order to maintain the rich data coming into our business and supplying our clients and the government with the information they need, we are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to hire large numbers of individuals across the nation. KEY OUTCOMES Increasing our field-work community of c.450 members by approx. 30% in 2020 Designing new and innovative recruitment methods that can organically adapt to regional and seasonal demands Reviewing and improving attraction and retention process Acting as a subject matter expert for recruitment within one of our largest divisions Implementing a best-in-class candidate journey CAPABILITIES Experienced in recruiting for consistently high volumes of entry-level or flexible-hour staff Highly organised with an ability to multi-task effectively Proactive and enthusiastic about finding a ‘better-way’ Happy to work independently, whilst tapping into the support network of our matrixed environment Able to understand the businesses current and future needs, and how to respond proactively to them JOIN US We go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in.
