JR342 - Customer Experience Manager - Financial Services - Permanent - Southampton - £40k - £50k bonus/benefits Our client is a leading financial services organisation who are looking to hire a talented Customer Experience Manager to join the team in a newly created position. The postholder will sit within the marketing function and faceoff to various key stakeholders across several business areas. You will be working as part of a small team driving forward the customer agenda, developing and implementing various customer experience initiatives and come up with ideas for best practices. The individual will benefit from working in a customer experience capacity, working closely with the wider marketing function as well as senior leadership, comfortable reporting and providing MI. Ideally some experience working as part of a large complex organisation would be beneficial and be prepared to travel occasionally. To be considered: Working within a customer experience capacity, ideally for a large complex organisation Experience developing and implementing various customer experience initiatives Coming up with ideas to drive the customer agenda and best practices Strong stakeholder management experience Reporting and MI Comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects.
