The digital team has driven exceptional growth over the past 3 years and recognizes this role as being essential to move from a hygiene experience to a delightful experience in digital marketing. This role is pivotal within our digital team. The role will deliver against the following: · Building new digital capabilities to attract and retain customers · Create omni-channel optimised journeys · Manage and Lead SEO, PPC and web development projects. · Manage our external agencies and suppliers · Drive lead generation for qualified business opportunities across our markets · Manage testing and evaluate new channels, benchmarking and reporting performance · Knowledge of analytics, reporting and continuous improvement to drive commercial growth · Be business performance expert who is passionate and has the ability to communicate complex and detailed approaches to senior management and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: · Marketing automation, lead scoring and journey planning to create an omni channel approach that drives revenue generation. · Will identify approaches for solving marketing challenges through the use of digital, working with inbound and outbound marketing execs to ensure an end to end view is taken on their experiences. · Will have responsibility for growing their digital revenues. · Ability to guide design direction and decision making. · Will define and implement a framework for ongoing testing of their digital experiences, both A/B testing and user testing. · Will manage the ongoing offshore digital relationship · Will shape the direction of their digital roadmap and strategy. Continuous Improvement · Hands on experience of working with agile teams · Desire to help the team improve performance and get better and better. · Experience of running and participating in hackathons · A/B and Multivariant testing.
