PR Manager with Journalism IMMEDIATE START AND INTERVIEWS 12 Months Maternity contract £45k Woking, Surrey Based Duties will be varied in include the following: PR - Print Provide PR and Marketing Director with a 52-week PR Plan for National and Regional Print Coverage Continue to establish and develop relationships with journalists and editors Manage, sell in, and place relevant collateral Case Studies Work with Senior PR and Communications Co-ordinator on the sourcing of case studies for Events Work with Senior PR and Communications Co-ordinator to ensure records are updated and weekly reports are completed Support Senior PR Co-ordinator on the sell in of Regional Case Studies when appropriate Manage sell-ins to National Press Liaise with the Volunteer Manager re placing case studies and Press Releases for volunteers Liaise with the Social Media Team to provide relevant text to highlight Case Studies and press coverage on Facebook etc Press Releases Write Press Releases (along with Communications Manager) and arrange their distribution Manage all aspects of download Walker Press Releases to encourage walkers to contact their local papers. This includes Events Manage all aspects of the tent, to include guest list, invitations, press packs etc Rota for jobs for staff and volunteers on the night Celebrities Source and develop relationships with celebrities Manage campaigns around the celebrities e.g. videos encouraging sign up for Social Media National Campaigns Alongside other members of the team - develop and manage PR elements of campaigns throughout the year For further details, please contact the Guildford, Tate office.
