SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYST LONDON £50,000 - £60,000 You will work for a leading e-commerce tech company that hat has a rich customer base and sell a range of different products through their innovative app and website. The company have established digital, insight and advanced analytics teams. An essential element of your is performing advanced analytics to analyse customer behaviour and optimise marketing analytics. THE ROLE Analysing customer data using SQL and R or Python to determine how they are interacting with products Assessing likelihood of customer churn Determining propensity for specific customers to buy products Segmenting specific customers into categories to help optimise marketing analytics Identifying areas for growth and development Communicating key insights to stakeholders from a non-technical background including marketing and finance Acquisition/retention strategies Conversion optimisation YOU DON'T NEED TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university Proficient in SQL, SAS, R or Python having utilised it in a commercial role previously Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight Using insights to help businesses better understand the customer lifecycle and how they can use insights to optimise their marketing focus.
