Overview

This Full Service Digital specialise in creating market-leading eCommerce experiences using Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress and Akeneo. They are based in a fantastic location in Leeds city centre and work for some great brands. Due to growth in their creative team they have a brand new opportunity for a UI/Web Designer to join their team of eCommerce professionals including developers, designers, UX specialists, project managers and marketers. Job Description: As the UI Designer you'll create stable end to end eCommerce experiences that easily translate into code and meet client brief. You'll work closely with the Creative Director to create pattern libraries and sketch symbols and will create end to end eCommerce experiences (Shopify and Magento) on brief that translate into code. The agency use the following technologies and frameworks: Platforms - Magento 1 and 2, Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, Akeneo UX/UI Tools - Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC, Invision What we're looking for: You'll have a couple of years' experience under your belt as a UI/Web/Digital Designer, you'll be hungry to learn, progress and have a natural pro-active approach to your design. Your design experience will include pattern libraries, UCD, atomic structured design methodologies and agile work methodologies. With a solid understanding of design best practice, you'll be able to demonstrate your experience in your portfolio.
