Lucid Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Cardiff who is seeking a Promotion Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to start a new and exciting career. Roles and responsibilities Meeting targets whilst ensuring customer satisfaction Approach local students to increase sales Approach local businesses to build partnerships to increase sales Weekly reporting Competitor analysis Represent Fusion at housing fairs Assisting in the promotion of the sites and implement sales strategies Work with the marketing team to ensure all data is captured Support site staff with open days, sales activities and viewings Requirements Previous experience in sales customer service / lettings / leisure membership sales, student accommodation, hospitality or retail sectors Sales/target-driven individual Highly self-motivated A confident, outgoing and friendly attitude Great customer service experience - ideally face to face due to the nature of the role Impeccable attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills A high degree of self-motivation and drive A passion for driving standards Be reliable, punctual and consistent in your approach Lucid Recruitment specialise in the following sales jobs in Cardiff, Newport and surrounding areas.
