Our client has sustained remarkable and impressive growth over the past ten years and is now looking to enhance their marketing team with appointing a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Marketing Director. The company is still looking to continue to push expansion which is an exciting time to join their team. They are seeking an energetic and driven Marketing expert who has a passion for brands, creativity, communication and all things digital. The Role As the Marketing Manager you will report to the Marketing Director of the UK Market and will oversee four members of the Marketing Team. You will:- Have solid experience in deriving inbound leads Devise strategy for direct marketing campaigns & initiatives Create and execute content plans Project manage all award entries Create and execute social media strategies Manage company events Manage PR agency relationship Managing a team of executives, ensuring they meet project deadlines - to include graphic designers, marketing execs and communications. The Marketing Manager will ideally have: Done a similar role in a Service led business Have extensive experience in designing & delivering integrated marketing programmes (online & offline) Motivational team management ability and character Comfortable being strategic but also very hands on The ability to think outside the box A talent for being creative, an ideas person Strong written communication skills and strong attention to detail Super organisational skills and have abundant ideas Stellar presentation skills Strong commercial awareness Please send your CV to Suzanne Edmonds at Square Peg Associates or contact the team to discuss the role further.
