The company has introduced new initiatives addressing employee wellness, learning and development and environmentally aware products and solutions all while working with top tier companies to maintain some of the most famous buildings in London’s skyline. We definitely have a lot to talk about. Due to growth, we are looking for a Social Media & Communications Manager to help us build our online presence, someone to help us showcase our incredible work and attract more team members The focus in your role will be driving the social strategy forward - which you will have the opportunity to lead and shape. You will be managing brand social accounts, split testing different types of content and initiatives and implementing new ideas and initiatives including influencer strategies. Other responsibilities include: Manage key social media campaigns from creation to implementation, collaborating with other colleagues throughout the company to deliver the best and most relevant social media content. Manage a strategically-driven social content calendar for our brand and deliver content that aligns with the company brand and vision. Create engaging content with a key understanding of brand tone of voice and ensuring this flows seamlessly through multiple channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube. Plan content and delivery: coordinating social media channels using social media management tools like Hootsuite. Work to educate and communicate the importance of the role that social media plays across the business. Have an awareness of new trends, channels and initiatives that will align with our social and content strategy, including identifying growth opportunities for us in the social media and the digital space. Take responsibility for creating and developing your own ideas and initiatives. Monitor and report on social media performance, using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics Manage and engage with social media communities. Manage influencer relationships. Develop and manage relationships with external trade publications to ensure maximum PR exposure. Undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as instructed by your line manager. Who we’re looking for: Someone with at least 3 years’ experience in Social Media/ Content creation, who: Can demonstrate successful examples of projects you have led from start to finish. Has strong analytical skills and is comfortable analysing data and deriving meaning from it in addition to presenting the data in a meaningful format.
