Job Purpose The Marketing Executive is an extremely valuable part of our Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the ME should be an extremely organised, enthusiastic and confident communicator who will be responsible for helping us to grow our Sales Pipeline through a variety of Marketing initiatives. This role will utilise and develop existing marketing proficiencies whilst providing the opportunity to work alongside Senior Managers various departments within the business. Key Responsibilities Co-ordinate and execute Marketing and Product Marketing campaigns Work collaboratively with Sales team to co-ordinate Partner Marketing opportunities Assist in the execution of internal and external Industry events Co-ordinate Customer Case Studies alongside external agencies Develop Power Point presentations in line with brand refresh Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders e.g. Product Managers, Sales, Account Managers, Agencies Completion of various other ad-hoc Marketing initiatives Comply with and follow organisational policies and procedures, including health and safety, Ensure that your knowledge of Cognito iQ products and services is kept up to date. Personal Specification Essential: CIM Qualification, degree or significant/relevant experience of B2B Marketing Previous experience of co-ordinating and executing digital, email and telemarketing campaigns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills PowerPoint proficient Exceptional organisational skills Proven experience of working to deadlines Significant experience of co-ordinating external and internal agencies and stakeholders to deliver campaigns Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills Experience of using Salesforce or other CRM equivalent Takes ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success Flexibility and confidence to work in a customer facing team and represent Cognito iQ at trade or customer events from time to time Desirable: Experience within Mobile Workforce/associated Technology or the Field Service Industry Previous experience of updating and maintaining company website Social Media campaign experience No agencies please Benefits: Flexible working hours Casual dress Private medical/dental insurance Sick pay Work from home opportunities On-site parking Life insurance Company events & social hours Company pension Employee discounts
