Overview

Learning Designer, eLearning Designer, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Learning Experience Platform, Performance Management, Walkme, eLearning, Digital Design, Digital, Software Training I am working with a large consultancy in London who are looking for a Learning Experience Designer, with specialist knowledge of software training and performance management to come on board for a specific 12-month FTC. This is an organisation who are pioneers in digital learning, pushing its boundaries and incorporating a variety of different ideologies, methodologies, technologies and principals to create as engaging and innovative learning content as possible. They are an organisation (though large) that has minimal red tape and the ability to incorporate intuition and innovation as much as possible. They have an exclusive project that is about to get underway where this position will be focussed toward. It's a high impact and high visibility project so this would be an asset to your CV as well as opening up doors for further opportunities similar to this moving forward. This is a role for someone with strong knowledge of learning experience platforms and learning experience design techniques. Furthermore, you need to have done software training in the past and be familiar with performance management software like WalkMe and Userlane as a couple of examples. You need to be a creative thinker who is prepared to work outside of the "norm" and use your intuition to utilise technology and create engaging learning pieces.
