Overview
I'm looking for a passionate, data-driven Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for crafting, honing and executing an email marketing strategy that engages, nurture and drives customer loyalty. The experience we need. - Comfortable delivering strategic data-driven email campaigns, from concept to delivery - Understand HTML and email design - Knowledge of or use one or more ESPs - Work with data to test emails and analyse metrics - Confidently handle multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and parties - Technical knowledge of databases (preferable) - Excellent communication skills - An excellent eye for detail The role. - Drive email strategy - Plan email marketing activity for automated and promotional emails. - Write email briefs and brief creative - Build, test and send emails using the ESP - Segmentation and new workflows - Regular reporting on email success and trends with a focus on continuous improvement The company.
