Logistics and Distribution Consultant - £35,000 - £45,000 package - Exciting Logistics Transformation Projects - Global Management Consultancy - London This world renowned management consultancy is offering the opportunity for someone to join their operational supply chain team and improve logistics and distribution processes across all areas of industry. The ideal candidate will come from a blue chip consultancy or FMCG provider with the innovation and analytical mind-set to make a change. Working as part of the operational and supply chain function you will be given the opportunity to design logistics and distribution strategies for some of the world's leading brands. You will work as part of a project team on a number of long and short advisory engagements to advise clients across all areas of warehouse management, inventory control, 3PL supplier consolidation and planning and space management. You will spearhead global transformation projects as well as conducting analysis on current supply chain set ups. What experience and skills are required? Prior experience working across consultancy or a blue chip FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing company in a logistics/supply chain capacity Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and change Proven track record in transformation across network optimisation, warehouse management, inventory control, distribution and automation Excellent communication skills with the gravitas and commercial acumen to influence clients and senior stakeholders Excellent academics Flexibility on travel This is an amazing opportunity to join a company that will serve as a platform for you to grow and develop your career in some of the world's biggest companies.
