Overview

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of several client accounts and their campaigns which will consist of SEO and PPC. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities you will assist with strategy, reporting, research and implementation of the client's digital marketing campaigns.The role requires that you have the ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the team and with clients whether this is face-to-face meetings, by phone and via email. It is also important to their success that they assist their team in every way possible through on-going training and support. As a result we are keen to find someone that would like to be part of a close-knit team that is willing to learn and develop their skills for a long-term career in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will know the importance of building rapport in order to form a professional relationship. For them it is not just about managing client expectations, it is about exceeding them. It is extremely important that each and every customer is given the highest priority and that they are seen as a long-term client. As an agency they have a strong client base and reputation with a solid rooting in the digital marketing sector,their primary focus is improving sales and generating business for our clients and we are looking for someone that has that same belief. What is required? Reliable and Hard-working Engaged with the company's ethos and brand Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Key skills: Ability to focus on ensuring that all enquiries are nurtured and properly educated. A passion to exceed expectations and build on previous performance. Knowledge of SEO, PPC and Websites is preferred. A proven history of being able to use Office software and associated applications. Preference will be given to those who have held client facing roles. Ideally, you will also have the following (but this is not essential): For Junior Account Managers a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. For Senor Account Managers a minimum of above 2 years of experience in a similar role. For Apprentices we are are looking for those with A-levels in Business / IT.
