The role A self-starter by nature, you will be planning, creating and delivering social media campaigns for a variety of brands via multiple digital channels to grow brand awareness and maximise lead and revenue generation. With an analytical approach and creative eye plus excellent copywriting skills, you will need to be quick-thinking and conscientious in the presentation of their brands, creating engaging content tailored to multiple audiences. The key focus will be to work closely with the PR and Content Manager and the wider marketing team to deliver PR and social media content to meet their diverse business needs - B2B and B2C. On a day to day, you will create and deliver engaging content and keep all digital platforms well stocked with rich and engaging material. You will also keep up to date with industry related news and research and locate new subject matters. You will be managing and planning the scheduling of social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, in addition to delivering content for email newsletters, blogs, and press releases. These campaigns will promote the various businesses within the group via B2B and B2C channels. You can expect to be building relationships with relevant influencers (journalists/bloggers/ media outlets, as well as measure and monitor PR and social content. You will also build relationships with relevant brands / 3rd parties with a view to increasing their following across social channels. What we're looking for You'll need a good 18 months to two years' experience in devising and delivering social media and PR related content for clients within the B2B and consumer-related sectors. You'll be a dab hand at creating content calendars and implementing social media strategies - organic and paid as well as experience with video editing software preferable (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar preferred) to create short videos for social media and in-house presentation purposes. Photoshop experience is also a distinct advantage. You'll also be experienced in most assets of content curation and creation, including video, images and copy to support campaigns, and Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills are mandatory. It is ideal if you are used to responding to customer enquiries made through social media and are able to cover events on-the-ground via social media to relevant audiences. You can also publish reactive content, in-line with trends and current affairs & create monthly social media reporting using a variety of analytic tools. You may have a strong digital content and PR background, and be experienced in writing content and in proactively engaging businesses and communities via social media.
