Location: City of London Start: Immediate Salary 23k ( UNCAPPED COMMISSION) - most high achieving graduates make £35-40k in their first year. Role Pitching your services to clients and winning exclusivity on high salary roles exceeding 150k Working on project-based roles using an in-depth, research methods for identifying and approaching the top candidates for you clients. Building relationships with high end clients and candidates Market Mapping and Candidate Profiling to produce a shortlist of candidates to then present to your client. Working with retained business.
