Overview
What’s the role about? Data Visualizer - Powerforce Full time, Permanent Salary : Competitive basic salary annual company bonus parking Working : 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday Location : Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire (RG41 5TS) We are looking for an experienced Data Visualizer to own and facilitate the data flow process from the field team to the client, expressing complicated data in non-technical terms. So, what are the responsibilities? You will be responsible for: Delivering accurate reporting, as per agreed customer schedule through excel and templated Power BI scorecards Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field team’s performance Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained Questionnaire creation and refinement ROI modelling and monitoring Call file analysis … and what qualifications should you have?
