Date Posted: 2020-06-03-07:00 Country: United Kingdom Location: Winnersh, United Kingdom We are currently searching for a Sr Customer Trainer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Job Summary The individual shall be responsible for delivering training at a customer site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The individual must either hold, or be capable of obtaining an appropriate security clearance (UK Security Check (SC), or equivalent) in order to access data up to OFFICIAL SENSITIVE, or SECRET. The individual should possess significant knowledge of the Joint CAS Action Plan Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) 2004-01 Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) (Ground) and be a qualified and current JTAC-Instructor/Evaluator (JTAC-I/E). The individual will be subject to a 3 month probationary period. If individual performance is deemed to be unsatisfactory, in either the opinion of the customer, or their supervisor, then resultant action will be taken. The individual will form part of a training team, deployed at a customer location to develop, deliver and manage a JTAC training syllabus. The individual shall contribute towards the development of the Training Course requirements for both JTAC Certification and Qualification training in order to achieve accreditation under the Joint CAS Action Plan Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) 2004-01 Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) (Ground) 01 May 2015. Job Responsibilities and Attributes + Delivering academic, simulation and live exercise instruction and continuation training to Certified and Qualified JTACs. + Maintaining the highest instructional and teaching standards on the JTAC Certification Course + Managing and overseeing a JTAC Continuation Training plan, including the effective implementation of tactical training and equipment and vehicle training. + Responsible for allocated course content and application to ensure compliance with JTAC MOA and RSAF requirements + Responsible to Training Manager (and any Standards and Evaluation (STANEVAL) he may appoint) for JTAC qualification standards in accordance with local JTAC Instruction/Regulation. + Responsible for JTAC/aircraft safety and CAS execution during live CAS events. + Contributing to the evolution and development of the customer organizational structure. + Contributing to the evolution of the JTAC School into a world-class organization + Mentoring JTAC graduates in both domestic and international training environments. + Advising local commanders on effective management of JTAC manpower and physical resources. + A mature outlook, intelligence, and energy, + Excellent initiative and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team, forge relationships, drive initiatives and influence outcome through tenacity and personality. + Patience, tact, flexibility and professional knowledge. + Ability to gain the confidence of local military personnel at all levels. + Good communication skills, both written and verbal. + Understanding of Arabic culture and sensitivity to the Islamic environment. + Ability to work within a multi-national JTAC Instructor/Evaluator cadre.
