Overview
Are you a creative marketing executive that's motivated by results with a passion for the customer? Our client, a large FMCG based in Slough is looking for a creative marketing professional to join their customer and channel marketing team who are responsible for marketing the business to both internal and external customers and supporting the sales teams to grow and win new business. The Marketing Executive is responsible for the management of new business marketing campaigns and the marketing proposition within new business tenders. This is a really broad and diverse marketing role, and will give the successful candidate exposure to a wide range of duties. Duties include Writing the bespoke support section of new business tenders based on your understanding of the needs of the customer Creating new business prospecting campaigns that drive new business Designing literature and producing presentations Being the voice of the customer throughout all new business marketing activity Developing messaging that resonates with the customer depending on their channel and individual requirements To introduce innovative ways of communicating the marketing strategy and proposition to customers through the relevant printed or digital media and direct customer engagement through meetings and events Working with the wider channel and customer marketing team to provide marketing support Close liaison with sales, customer marketing, contracts and tenders and food development teams Skills/Experience Experience of developing marketing campaigns is desirable, plus an appetite to learn and develop your marketing skills Creativity is a must for this role. You'll need to bring your creative flair to the development of marketing material, new business tenders and creativity in your approach to developing innovative solutions for the customer You will also need to be a skilled wordsmith - copywriting is a fundamental part of the role so you'll need to enjoy writing and have fantastic attention to detail Able to work in a very deadline driven environment Highly organised Confident presenter Keen interest in food would be really helpful Marketing degree or similar qualification desirable Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
