Overview
Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Graduate / Entry-Level marketer to join the marketing department of a global leader. As Marketing Assistant you will support marketing communications, content creation and general marketing activity for the brand's online and offline marketing strategy. You'll also take ownership of our online knowledgebase to curate and create help articles that support customers and staff. What you'll be doing: Develop and maintain social media accounts: publish content, engage with followers, monitor conversations and report on the progress of our social media presence Manage and curate our Knowledge Base, and be a central point for feedback from within the business to understand what content needs to be added Plan and create marketing content such as blog articles and video content, predominantly for digital media but also for print/audio To assist the Marketing Manager with preparation for exhibitions, marketing campaigns and promotions Maintain and utilise data from our CRM to help segment customer data and produce targeted communications to the mailing list Analyse online analytics to understand how the online customer journey can be improved in order to offer an excellent customer experience Support the Marketing Manager with daily project and campaign management Provide Business Manager with data for overall business reporting About you: The successful candidate will need to demonstrate growth in social media engagement as well as producing a consistent stream of content for our blog and knowledgebase which will be measured using the number of article views and number of social media engagement per month.
