Overview
Client facing role, working with industry leaders managing premium property. Client Details A market leading Property Management business, working on the best assets in Manchester. Description - Service Charge for portfolio; - Rent, collection and debt recovery; - Periodic asset inspections; - lease administration including maintaining documentation; - overseeing new leases, notably within the co-work and associated spheres, compliance with legislation; - overseeing tenant alterations across portfolio; - insurance claims; - dealing with business rates matters; - assisting with client reporting and with developing Property Management process & software development when required Profile RICS accredited Chartered on willing to undertake Excellent written and spoken English Minimum 2:1 degree Commercial property management experience, ideally 2 years experience Property Management systems experience Experience in lease transactional work Sound knowledge of MS Office packages Job Offer Salary DOE Excellent career prospects Fixed location of work, less travel.
