Development Manager - Residential - London £50,000 - £65,000 basic salary extensive package My client are an exciting developer based in London. Focusing on large scale mixed-use projects (residential, hotel, retail and commercial) across London, their impressive pipeline and continued growth has created a requirement for a development manager to provide strategic insight in to the delivery of residential projects. Reporting in to the Development Director, you will be given autonomy and full responsibility on large developments across London. This role would suit either a front-end focused Development Manager or an experienced Regeneration Manager. Aside from their exciting projects and enjoyable work environment, this developer leads the way in flexible working and it's not uncommon for Development Manager's to regularly work from home. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a delivery programme of sites from acquisitions, due diligence and concept through to handover Taking responsibility for delivering them all on time, to budget and to the highest professional standards Good understand of the planning process and experience of taking schemes through planning approval Management of external consultants and effective communication with internal departments Procurement of third party consultants Essential Requirements: Proven delivery experience either as a Development Manager or Regeneration Manager/Consultant Flexible in your approach and able to adapt to situations as necessary Technical understanding of the full development process from design to handover Strong communication skills and able to form relationships with a variety of people Competent with Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously and work under your own initiative In return, you will be offered: £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary Bonus Laptop & Phone Exceptional pension 30 day's annual leave Opportunity to work on large scale mixed use schemes Flexible working and work-life balance For more information on this unique opportunity, please contact Harry Macgregor at Blayze Group on harry.macgregorblayzegroup.com
