Packaging Technologist £25,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience Stoke-on-Trent Are you a Packaging Technologist in the cosmetics & personal care industry, who is looking to work for an industry-leading beauty company who are growing exponentially year on year? This organisation currently partners with some leading brands in the beauty arena, where product innovation & quality is top priority. Due to recent growth, my client is looking for a Packaging Development Technologist to join their busy product development team based in Stoke-on-Trent. We are interested in speaking to candidates with varying levels of experience to see how your skillset could add great value to this expanding organisation. You will be responsible for implementing new standards and procedures which will be incorporated into a brand-new packaging development process. You will have a positive attitude and the capability to juggle multiple complex packaging projects at any one time. Key Responsibilities: Provide expertise to lead problem solving and resolve any packaging issues Manage the end-to-end packaging process, implementing new processes and procedures Work across departments to ensure packaging is developed and delivered in line with the critical path Source new packaging for various projects, ensuring to Undertake research and develop new processes for packaging to deliver improvements Build & maintain relationships with packaging suppliers Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of packaging innovation developments Key Requirements: Experience in a similar role, in the cosmetics/personal care industry A good understanding of packaging solutions Knowledge of packaging processes
