Our Recruitment teams are experts in placing Doctors into a variety of specialities such as Haematology, Microbiology and Oncology amongst others. We are currently looking to appoint a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work as part of our specialist recruitment team at our office in Grays Inn Road, London. Due to significant growth and success in the market, the team are looking to expand and welcome applications from those with a sales background but also ambitious and proactive individuals looking to start a career in a busy sales environment. The Recruitment Consultant will be required to maintain and build on current gross margin by generating revenue, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds budgets. They will achieve this by: Canvassing for new candidates and pre-screening them to a high standard Canvass for new clients and business leads in order to increase revenue Achieve agreed Sales Targets and KPI’s Deal with Clients at all levels Provide impeccable service levels to both clients and candidates Maintain the database of live vacancies Prepare CVs and required documentation to send to client. The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self-motivated and resilient. Good communication skills are essential as is an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
