The company delivers award winning projects and campaigns for global brands spanning Health, IT, FMCG, Finance and Leisure. Work with a team of specialist internal communication strategists, creatives and project managers and play a crucial part in improving working lives through innovative communication. THE ROLE This is a fast paced role juggling multiple projects and requiring excellent client/supplier handling skills. It's a close knit team who treasure their long term relationships with HR Directors from some of the world’s biggest organisations. The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for market trends and innovative ideas. Excellent training and career progression opportunities are provided with clear transition to step up to account director level. THE SKILLS Employee/internal communications experience Strategy: must be comfortable discussing strategy, understanding the entire share plan whilst demonstrating subject matter expertise. End to end integrated project management skills for large projects including video, web launches, print and events.
