They are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Senior Associate who can work with the heavy load of roles to fill This desk is super warm… so we need someone with Recruitment experience and who will want to work in the Marketing and Digital sector paying £30k- £45k OTE £70K based in LONDON. They have different parts to their business that are extra services they offer clients: One of them is the importance of BAME talent being placed into senior positions They also have a strong presence in helping Women back into work as well as championing the importance of BAME talent into varied roles. What will you be doing: Creating inspiring adverts to attract the attention of the right person. Generating and building relationships with key clients to really find out how they work and the right type of person for the role. Going on client meetings and taking an in-depth job spec Face to Face meetings Candidate and Client relationship building Attending Digital and Marketing events Regular networking events Sourcing candidates and getting them booked in for interviews What are we looking for? Minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a recruitment consultant. A keen and enthusiastic individual who will work well on their own as well as in a team environment. You should be used to billing around £100k 360 Recruiter - though this is not a total new business role due to the warm desk, it is important to have the skills to bring on new clients. Confident, fast paced and a go getter Passionate about wanting to work in PR and communications Benefits: Holiday - 5 weeks holiday pro rota including 3 days over the Christmas period; Hours 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime when required. offices are open 24/7 but you won't be working 24/7 Set up to be able work remotely. Flexible working can be discussed. Min 3 days in office, 4th day split across 2 days is an option or 5 days a week. Paid for Samsung 'phone.
