Overview
We are working with a reputable and prestigious global organisation that specialises in delivering high-quality and interactive digital marketing training to their clients. It’s an exciting time for our client as they are enjoying a period of significant growth over the last three years. They are now looking to recruit an Account Director to manage a team as well as a portfolio of key clients. Here you will have the freedom and opportunity to inspire and partner clients on their digital learning journeys, engaging with them through consultative approaches. You will enjoy working closely with a variety of internal departments within FMCG, Consumer Health & Retail clients. Key Duties Deliver on revenue targets for your client group via renewals or upselling Deliver a smooth and consistent account management roll out - from launch to renewal Develop outstanding client relationships with key stakeholders and throughout the portfolio Lead and develop the Account Managers/Execs Lead account teams to plan, launch and execute digital training programmes to enterprise businesses If you have at least 7 years of Account Management experience, which includes having managed a team for at least 3 years and a successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets then we would like to hear from you. Ideally, you will have experience of working within sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Health or Retail. Please note that this role involves European travel, on average once a month.
