Learning & Development Experience Manager Central London Competitive salary Benefits Network HR are delighted to have been retained to be working alongside a highly reputable and well regarded Housing business who, due to constant evolution, is now seeking an experienced Learning & Development Experience Manager JOB PURPOSE The post-holder will become the business's Head of Learning & Development. This role will be to define, set and lead on all implementation of People development and Performance strategic plans and models. It is vital that the post holder is experienced in a delivery focused role. You will also be responsible for developing and evolving the Learning & Development team to offer best in class products and services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and lead on the implementation of the strategic plan to develop, and embed the academy model and principles of the business, including the design of talent development pathways; to manage the plan including the management of change and all associated communications/ facilitation. • Devise detailed annual L&D work plans and ROI for developing academy zones' content and detailing approach to blended learning and professional qualifications' schemes. • Design and implement a governance plan which clearly defines partnerships between L&D and the business, including the approach to recruiting, developing and supporting experts and or super-users. • Oversee the design and delivery plan to develop digital learning content, blended learning and embed leadership tools and behavioural framework throughout all OD interventions and practices. • Develop and embed commissioning and consultancy models for L&D activities as part of the implementation of the strategic HR Business Partnering model. • Lead on development and production of key analytics for the team and the business including stakeholder engagement and user adoption of academy model. • Review models and associated plans to re-evaluate time frames, budget requirements, constraints, risks, communications, allocation and deployment of resources. • Responsible for setting, managing and reporting on the organisation L&D budget to deliver a value for money service. • Responsible for team management, motivation, coaching, training plans and resource to maximise team performance. • Facilitate and/or deliver large scale interventions and/ or stakeholder engagement as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Comprehensive understanding of L&D programmes and training life cycles, including working knowledge of project management methodologies. • Experience of translating a high level L&D strategy in to detailed annual operational plans, allocating resource, time frames and budget. • Proven track record of leading and developing a team successfully • Proven track record of communicating and presenting reasoned ideas, arguments and proposals, using verbal or written medium • Proven track record of delivering stakeholder engagement and facilitating through large scale change programmes. • Proven track record of providing high quality training solutions, measuring user adoption and return on investment.
